Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

GoToLiveChat reserves the right to update and change the Terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. While GoToLiveChat prohibits such conduct and Content on the Service, you understand and agree that GoToLiveChat cannot be responsible for the Content posted on the Service and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.


Account Restrictions

  • You must be a natural person or a natural person representing a company. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are in violation of these Terms and will be immediately terminated.
  • You must provide a valid email address and truthfully provide any other information requested in order to complete the signup process
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are liable for any acts or omissions made using your login and password.
  • We have a soft limit on all our plans and should we believe that you are abusing the service, we may temporarily suspend your account and may seek your cooperation in this regard.
  • We reserve the rights to accept or refuse to any potential client. And we have the sole discretion on whether to allow you to register, renew, change plan or use our services.

Subscriptions and Payments

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal is required to process the payment for your Subscription.

Monthly subscription is a month-to-month service. You will be billed monthly for this service. You can cancel our service any time and you won't be charged again, but you are solely responsible for the charges already incurred.

Yearly subscription is a year-to-year service. As we offer discounts for our yearly plans, we offer no refunds on these plans. You can cancel the service anytime and you won't be charged again. You are however solely responsible for the charges already incurred.

You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, you can request to issue an electronic invoice, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

For any upgrade or downgrade in plans, your credit card will automatically be charged with the new plan rate on your next billing cycle.

Downgrading/Cancellation of your Service may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.


Refunds

GoToLiveChat.com is not obligated to provide refunds or credits for partial months or years of the Services, upgrades or downgrades, or unused time during your subscription.


Cancellation

You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your subscription. An email, phone, chat, or written request to cancel your subscription is not considered cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on My Account -> Cancel account link on the dashboard when logged in. The cancellation of your subscription will occur at the end of your current paid up period.

Cancellation of your Service will cause the loss of content, features, or capacity/access of your account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.

GoToLiveChat in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any of our service, for any reason at any time. Such termination/cancellation of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account with all the content or your access to your Account. GoToLiveChat reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. GoToLiveChat reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change without notice from us. GoToLiveChat shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

You may not duplicate, copy, reuse, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services, including, but not limited to, the HTML, CSS, Javascript, visual design elements, features, functions, or graphics without express written permission from us.


General Conditions

  1. Your use of the Service, including any content, information or functionality contained within it, is provided "as is" and "as available" with no representations or warranties of any kind. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of this Service.
  2. You understand that GoToLiveChat uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide necessary hardware, software, networking, storage and related technology to run the service.
  3. You agree not to resell, duplicate, reproduce or exploit any part of the Service without the explicit written permission of GoToLiveChat.
  4. You may not use the service to store, host, or send unsolicited email (spam), chats or SMS messages.
  5. You may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.
  6. GoToLiveChat makes no warranties regarding (i) your ability to use the Service, (ii) your satisfaction with the Service, (iii) that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, and error-free (iv), the accuracy of mathematical calculations performed by the Service, and (v) that bugs or errors in the Service will be corrected.
  7. GoToLiveChat, its affiliates and its sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.

Do we use 'cookies'?
